Normal Summon Elemental HERO Solid Soldier to Special Summon Elemental HERO Stratos.
Favorite Hero is an unorthodox way to protect your high-leveled HERO monsters from other card effects, but if you plan on running this card you have to have a Field Spell activated first. 
Form Change can be activated during the Battle Phase as a Quick-Play Spell, meaning after all your monsters attack this can be used to bring out one more HERO monster from the Extra Deck to deal more damage. 
For a rush option, consider using Masked HERO Anki for being able to attack directly for 1400 if your opponent has Monsters, and searches a "Mask Change" Spell Card if it destroys a monster by battle to the Graveyard. Vision HERO Adoration can make use of another HERO monster on the field to decrease an enemy monster's stats by another HERO's until the turn ends. While it cannot attack directly at all, Vision HERO Trinity is still a viable option to swap around due to having its "HERO" Fusion Materials unrestricted by archtype, being able to attack thrice in one turn, and having its ATK doubled on the turn it was summoned. King Tiger Wanghu fends off a variety of monsters that we expect to see played here today, and Deep Sea Diva gives Hunter easy access to Synchro Monsters and Elemental Hero Absolute Zero.
